Where can I get cheap flights from Philippines to Singapore?

I’ve seen Cebu Pacific and Tiger Airways… got any more suggestions?

Silk Air(may be part of Tiger air which you’ve allready seen.) and cebu pacific are the only 2 i know of, cebu pacific being far cheaper, although the flight times can be offputting,
